Staff Nurse-Baluwatar, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Assist doctors and senior nurses during dermatology, aesthetic, and hair-related procedures by providing necessary clinical and operational support throughout treatments
  • Prepare treatment rooms before procedures and ensure proper sanitization and cleanliness are maintained after each session
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately as instructed by doctors or senior nurses
  • Assist in preparation and setup of PRP, GFC, laser procedures, and other clinical equipment under supervision
  • Provide basic pre-treatment and post-treatment patient care to ensure comfort and safety
  • Educate patients regarding general pre- and post-treatment instructions as guided by doctors or senior medical staff
  • Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and other clinical documentation in an organized manner
  • Follow strict infection control protocols, sterilization procedures, and hygiene standards within the clinical environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and overall hygiene of treatment rooms and clinical areas at all times
  • Assist in stock checking, inventory management, and availability of medical supplies and consumables
  • Coordinate with front desk staff and patient counselors to ensure smooth patient flow and experience
  • Report any unusual patient reactions or complications immediately to doctors or senior nursing staff
  • Maintain professionalism, discipline, punctuality, and ethical conduct in all clinical activities
  • Participate in internal training sessions and continuous skill development programs
  • Comply with all clinic policies, SOPs, and healthcare regulatory standards
  • Support clinic operations during medical camps, promotional activities, and special health drives
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and privacy of all patient information and medical records
  • Follow laser safety protocols and proper handling instructions for all clinical equipment
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by management related to clinical and patient care operations
Specification:
  • Must hold a valid Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) registration license
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply for entry-level positions
  • Prior experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or clinical procedures will be considered an added advantage
  • Strong willingness and interest to learn aesthetic and dermatology-related procedures and technologies
  • Good communication skills with the ability to handle patients professionally and empathetically
  • Basic understanding of clinical hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
  • Strong attention to detail, discipline, and ability to follow clinical protocols strictly
  • Willingness to participate in training sessions and continuously improve clinical skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical medical practice at all times
