Job Description:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality therapy services and warm hospitality.
• Verify OPD cards and payment status before starting therapy sessions.
• Record accurate weight, body measurements, and vital signs before each session.
• Follow prescribed therapy protocols and maintain treatment charts with client signatures.
• Educate clients about weight-loss procedures, treatments, services, products, and special offers.
• Handle therapy machines carefully and ensure proper cleaning after every session.
• Maintain daily treatment and machine records, especially during the last shift.
• Maintain room cleanliness, conduct regular inspections, and ensure beds are properly arranged.
• Collect client feedback and create a comfortable, relaxing environment during therapy sessions.
• Coordinate with supervisors, report problems, and maintain discipline and professionalism.

Specification:

•  PCL Nursing qualification is compulsory.
• Valid nursing license is compulsory.
• 0–1 year of experience is required.
• Maintain honesty, discipline, and professional behaviour.
• Have a friendly, welcoming, and customer-focused attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and personal hygiene.
• Follow therapy procedures and instructions diligently.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation.
• Handle therapy machines and equipment with care.
• Be responsible, cooperative, and attentive to client needs.
