Job Description:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients undergoing treatment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and health conditions before, during, and after treatment.
• Assist with dialysis procedures and operate dialysis equipment as required, following proper training and clinical protocols.
• Maintain patient records and treatment documentation accurately.
• Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety standards.
• Administer medications and provide nursing interventions as prescribed by the doctor.
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the treatment area and equipment.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Specification:

• PCL Nursing or BSc Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nepal Nursing Council (NNC) registration/license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Previous experience in a dialysis unit will be an advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts when required.
  
  Duty Schedule and Benefits
  • Night duty will be required approximately 2–3 days per week, depending on the duty roster.
  • Additional allowances will be provided for night duty.
