Job Description:

•  Inbound processing of physical packages into the system and subsequent transfer to the sorting center. 
•  Handling failed delivery packages, communicating with sellers, and acknowledging receipt.
•  Providing excellent customer and seller service by addressing inquiries and complaints according to Daraz SOPs. 
•  Effective communication through email and complaint generation as needed.
•  Managing challenging customer and seller interactions using strong interpersonal skills. 
•  Handling after-sales processes for walk-in customers, including returns and refunds. 

Specification:

● Strong reading and writing abilities for accurate documentation.
● Proficiency in computer operations and relevant warehouse management software. 
● Ability to effectively use smartphones for communication and operational tasks. 
● Possession of a valid driving license and ownership of a two-wheeler vehicle (bike/scooter).
