Job Description:

•  Collect packages from designated pick-up points, including buyer refunds and from seller locations. 
•  Ensure packages are   intact and properly packaged for seller pick-ups. 
•  Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints professionally. 
•  Follow assigned pick-up routes efficiently to maximize productivity and meet deadlines.
•  Adhere to all safety regulations, traffic laws, and company safety guidelines.
•  Handle packages with care and prioritize safety during the pick-up process.

• Effective verbal and written communication to interact with customers and internal teams. 
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate package handling and documentation. 
• Ability to find effective solutions to challenges encountered during the pick-up process. 
• Strong understanding of the local area to navigate efficiently and locate pick-up points. 
• Basic computer skills and ability to use smartphones for navigation and communication.
