Job Description:

• • Collect packages from designated delivery hubs and safely deliver them to customers' addresses. 
  •  Plan and follow efficient delivery routes within Kathmandu Valley. 
  •  Collect cash payments from customers where required and deposit the collected amount at the designated hub. 
  •  Handle packages carefully and ensure timely and accurate deliveries. 
  •  Maintain professional communication and provide a positive customer experience. 
  •  Update delivery status and submit required reports through the designated system/app. 
  •  Maintain proper records of delivered, undelivered, and returned packages. 
  •  Follow all company policies, traffic regulations, and safety procedures. 
  •  Maintain the assigned delivery equipment and ensure the vehicle is in good working condition. 

Specification:

• • • Must own a personal motorcycle or scooter.
    • Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
    •  Basic knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes and locations. 
    •  Good communication and customer-handling skills. 
    •  Must be responsible, punctual, energetic, and physically fit. 
    •  Previous experience in delivery, logistics, courier, e-commerce, or field operations will be an advantage.
