Job Description:

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage standards, and space optimization.
• Implement SOPs and monitor daily workflow for operational efficiency.
• Maintain 100% inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock verification.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages.
• Supervise warehouse staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training.
• Maintain accurate records in WMS/ERP and proper documentation for GRN, delivery notes, and stock transfers.
• Prepare periodic MIS and performance reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain warehouse safety standards.
• Optimize warehouse space, manpower utilization, and control operational costs.
• Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for warehouse teams.
• Coordinate timely replenishment with procurement and management.
• Manage large SKU inventories and high-pressure, fast-paced operations.
• Drive high integrity, accountability, and problem-solving across all warehouse operations.

Specification:

• 15+ years in warehouse operations, 5+ years in senior supervisory/managerial roles.
• Trading, construction materials, industrial equipment, or heavy goods preferred.
• ERP/WMS systems, inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, batch control), advanced MS Excel.
• Minimum High School; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration preferred.
• Valid driving license preferred; strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• NRs. 40,000 – 45,000/month (negotiable based on experience).
