Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher with a passion for delivering great customer service, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Waiter, you will provide an exceptional dining experience by delivering food and beverages to customers, ensuring their comfort, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. 

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and present menus. Provide attentive service by taking orders, answering menu questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Order Management: Accurately take customer orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure that orders are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Food and Beverage Knowledge: Learn and develop a strong understanding of the restaurant’s menu, including food and drink pairings, specials, and dietary restrictions, to assist guests with their choices.
  • Table Maintenance: Ensure that tables are set up properly, cleaned, and restocked with necessary items. Keep work areas clean and organized throughout shifts.
  • Customer Interaction: Anticipate customer needs and provide a friendly, professional, and positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Teamwork: Work alongside other staff members to provide excellent service, helping where needed and ensuring a smooth operation during busy periods.
  • Payments and Cash Handling: Process customer payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and provide correct change or receipts.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and customers. 
Responsibilities and Duties:

Educational Requirements: No formal qualifications are required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Freshers are encouraged to apply if they have a desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not essential. Training will be provided for new candidates.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

Personal Qualities: Friendly, attentive, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering excellent service. A willingness to learn and improve in the role is key.
