Develop training curricula, modules, and materials covering all core supply-chain activities (warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, stock control, documentation, etc.).
Conduct training sessions — both classroom-style and hands-on / on-the-job training — to ensure trainees gain practical, real-world understanding of SCM operations.
Assess trainee performance via tests, practical assignments or on-the-job evaluations; provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to support learning and improvement.
Maintain training records (attendance, progress, completion status) and update training documentation, SOPs, manuals, visual aids, and course materials as needed.
Identify skill gaps among trainees or team members, and propose or implement additional training or improvement measures; collaborate with management to align training objectives with business needs.
Support onboarding of new supply-chain staff: provide initial training, guides, and follow-up coaching to help them adapt quickly to operations.
Facilitate continuous learning culture: stay updated on best practices, global SCM trends, warehouse/logistics standards, and integrate them into training programs.
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain or related field
Comfortable with data and spreadsheets (e.g. Excel) for data-driven decision making
Solid practical experience in supply-chain operations — warehouse, inventory, logistics or related functions.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (for teaching, mentoring, and coaching trainees).
Ability to design training materials, prepare SOPs/playbooks, manuals, checklists — and adapt training delivery (classroom, practical, hands-on).
