Job Description:

We are seeking a Techno Sales professional. This role involves managing payment and device collections, verifying bills, coordinating with the area team for cash collection, and ensuring timely deposits and software verification. You will be responsible for field support, ticket resolution, new installations, fiber pulling and maintenance, document collection, and payment handling. The position also includes door-to-door visits for marketing, reactivation, and other purposes, as well as providing effective solutions to client issues.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Ability to handle payment and device payment collection
• Experience in bill verification with receipts
• Coordination for cash collection, deposits, and software report verification
• Field support for payment collection from different areas
• Skills in ticket resolution, installation, fiber pulling, and maintenance
• Ability to collect documents and payments for new installations
• Willingness to conduct door-to-door visits for marketing, reactivation, or other purposes
• Problem-solving skills for client issues.
