Technical Sales Executive- Biratnagar
Job Description:
  • Answer incoming customer calls and properly log all issues in the ticketing system 
  •  Provide basic troubleshooting support for internet, router, Wi-Fi, and service-related problems 
  •  Escalate complex or unresolved issues to L2, NOC, or field technical teams 
  •  Monitor open tickets and ensure timely updates, follow-ups, and closure 
  •  Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status, updates, and resolutions 
  •  Maintain accurate call logs, support records, and daily/weekly reports 
  •  Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain call-handling quality standards
Specification:
  • +2 or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field 
  •  Prior experience in call center, ISP support, or customer service preferred 
  •  Good verbal and written communication skills 
  •  Basic understanding of internet, networking, and troubleshooting concepts 
  •  Ability to handle pressure and manage customer issues calmly 
  •  Strong coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
