Job Description:

• Efficiently receive, store, and issue materials and tools.
• Maintain accurate stock registers and digital inventory records.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders for quantity and quality.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill material requirements.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of all items.
• Prepare detailed consumption and stock-level reports for management.

Specification:

• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Excel.
• Ability to accurately manage and maintain inventory records.
• Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
• +2 (Higher Secondary) or Diploma in Management or related field. 
• Prior experience in storekeeping or inventory management is preferred.
