Sr. Sales Officer -Lalitpur

Job Description:

• Develop and expand the dealer network, including new dealer acquisition 
•  Conduct regular market visits across Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur 
•  Manage sales orders, ensure product availability, and enhance product visibility in the market 
•  Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection from clients/dealers 
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers 
•  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management 
•  Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth 
•  Prepare sales reports and update management on daily/weekly performance 
•  Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Specification:

• BBS (Bachelor in Business Studies) completed 
•  Prior experience in sales or a related field preferred 
•  Strong knowledge of sales processes and market operations 
•  Experience or understanding of dealer network expansion 
•  Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 
•  Ability to handle payment follow-ups and client coordination 
•  Willingness to travel frequently within assigned areas (KTM Valley) 
•  Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset 
•  Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting
