Job Description:

• Generate new merchant leads through field visits, self-hunting, referrals, networking, and online research.
• Approach potential merchants, conduct meetings, and pitch the company's parcel services effectively.
• Acquire and onboard new merchants while ensuring completion of all required documentation and agreements.
• Coordinate and facilitate merchant negotiations, agreement sign-offs, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate records of merchant contracts, agreements, and onboarding documents.
• Support newly onboarded merchants in completing their first and second transactions successfully.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with merchants to ensure long-term engagement.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with merchants to drive activation, retention, and business growth.
• Monitor and update lead pipelines, acquisition status, and daily/weekly performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth merchant activation and timely issue resolution.
• Achieve assigned acquisition targets and contribute to overall business growth initiatives.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and merchant feedback to support business strategies.

Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, or merchant acquisition is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, conduct field visits, and achieve acquisition targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation with good organizational skills.
