Job Description:

•  Manage and maintain the clinic’s social media platforms professionally.
•  Respond to social media inquiries, messages, and comments promptly.
•  Handle official emails and online communication effectively.
• Create and post engaging social media content regularly.
• Maintain the clinic’s digital presence and brand image.
•  Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor audience engagement and social media performance.
•  Ensure timely updates across all digital platforms and channels.
• Assist in planning creative content and promotional activities.
•  Maintain positive communication with online audiences and clients .

Specification:

• Intermediate completed or Bachelor’s degree running.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in social media handling is preferred; freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email handling.
• Ability to handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
• Creative, active, and confident in online communication.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and MS Office is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
