Job Description:

• Strong Team Management and leadership skills to supervise and motivate a sales team
•  Assist in planning, organizing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, events)
• Demonstrated Analytical Skills to identify trends, evaluate market opportunities, and propose effective strategies
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in Sales techniques and experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 1 year or more experience in sales or marketing.
•  Experience in developing and executing sales strategies, managing pipelines. 
• Strong leadership and people management skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
