Sales Officer- Pokhara

Job Description:

• Achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory 
•  Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to ensure product availability 
•  Promote FMCG and dairy products to increase shelf visibility and brand presence 
•  Collect orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments when required 
•  Maintain strong relationships with customers and expand the customer base 
•  Report daily sales activities, market feedback, and competitor updates 
•  Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and stock rotation in outlets 
•  Execute promotional campaigns, schemes, and marketing activities in the field 
•  Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned routes 
•  Coordinate with distributors and logistics teams for smooth supply and delivery flow

Specification:

•  Bachelor’s Running or Completed 
•  1–3 years of experience in FMCG or dairy sales (freshers with strong interest may apply) 
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills 
•  Basic knowledge of sales reporting and MS Office 
•  Ability to work in field-based roles and travel frequently 
•  Target-oriented and self-motivated personality 
•  Bike/scooter with valid driving license preferred
