Job Description:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
• Ensure product availability, proper visibility, and effective merchandising at retail outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new customers and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
• Prepare regular sales reports and coordinate with the team for smooth sales operations.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving license and own two-wheeler will be an added advantage.
