Sales Officer – Ghorahi

Job Description:

 • Develop sales opportunities within the Ghorahi market. 

• Identify construction projects and potential customers. 

• Build relationships with contractors, builders, developers, engineers and project stakeholders. 

• Conduct regular market and project visits. 

• Generate leads and follow up until sales closure. 

• Maintain existing customer relationships. 

• Develop new customers and business accounts. 

• Coordinate quotations, orders and deliveries with internal teams. 

• Monitor competitor activities and market trends. 

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. 

• Submit regular sales and market reports. 

Specification:

 • BBA/BBS or equivalent. 

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience. 

• Experience in RMC, cement, paints, hardware, construction materials or related industries preferred.

 • Strong project and field-sales orientation. 

• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. 

• Must be a resident of Ghorahi. 

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
