Sales Officer – Banke

Job Description:

 • Achieve assigned sales and collection targets. 

• Develop new customers, dealers and business accounts.

 • Conduct regular field visits to dealers, retailers, contractors and project sites.

 • Generate leads and convert them into sales. 

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers. 

• Follow up on quotations, orders and payments. 

• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory. 

• Monitor market demand, competitor activities and pricing. 

• Provide regular market and sales updates to management. 

• Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and customer service. 

Specification:

 • BBA/BBS or equivalent.

 • 3–4 years of relevant sales experience. 

• Experience in cement, paints, hardware, construction materials or related industries preferred.

 • Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills. 

• Strong field-sales orientation.

 • Must be a resident of Banke or nearby areas. 

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory
