Job Description:
  •  Lead overall sales strategy and business growth for the organization.
  •  Drive new client acquisition and build a strong institutional sales pipeline.
  • Close high-value enterprise and corporate deals.
  •  Develop and manage relationships with senior decision-makers (CEO/MD/Board level).
  •  Expand business across banking, insurance, manufacturing, NGOs, and government sectors.
  •  Lead partnership development and growth initiatives.
  •  Own sales targets, forecasting, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
  •  Oversee sales team performance and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  •  Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
  •  Ensure client retention, market expansion, and consistent revenue growth.
Specification:
  •  7+ years of professional experience.
  •  5+ years in Sales Leadership, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
  •  Proven experience in institutional and enterprise sales.
  •  Experience managing high-level stakeholder relationships (CEO/MD/Board).
  •  Strong track record of closing B2B or corporate deals in Nepal.
  •  Experience in B2B services, logistics, financial services, or related industries.
  •  Experience managing and leading sales teams.
  •  Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  •  Good understanding of Nepal’s corporate and institutional market.
