Job Description:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with students, parents, alumni, and key stakeholders to ensure trust, engagement, and ongoing support.
• Regularly communicate with former students to assist new students in finding jobs, accommodation, and other support abroad, while encouraging alumni participation in mentoring.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the counseling/relationship team to achieve departmental and organizational targets, providing training and guidance as needed.
• Monitor and track team performance, ensuring smooth coordination among departments and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support marketing initiatives, organize events, and drive student engagement activities to enhance student experience and institutional presence.
• Maintain accurate CRM/digital records and ensure timely follow-ups with students, alumni, and stakeholders for seamless communication and support.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Candidates should have completed a Bachelor’s degree or be currently pursuing one, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience is required, reflecting practical knowledge and the ability to handle responsibilities effectively.
