· Monitor daily rider attendance, activity, and operational status
· Track rider payment schedules and ensure timely collection of dues
· Follow up with riders regarding pending payments and overdue balances
· Maintain accurate records of collections, deposits, and rider accounts
· Coordinate with operations and finance teams for reconciliation of payments
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports
· Monitor rider performance, compliance, and vehicle usage
· Escalate issues related to non-payment, misconduct, or operational concerns
· Support onboarding and briefing of new riders regarding payment procedures
· Ensure proper documentation of rider agreements and records
· Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or related field
· Prior experience in collections, operations, or fleet management preferred
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Strong reporting and record-keeping ability
· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
· Ability to handle field coordination and rider follow-ups efficiently
· Problem-solving and multitasking skills
