Job Description:

•  Receive, scan, and sort incoming and outgoing parcels.
•   Update parcel tracking information in the system accurately.
•  Coordinate with delivery riders for pickup and dispatch.
•   Monitor shipment status and resolve delays or issues.
•  Ensure safe handling and proper storage of parcels.
•  Maintain operational records and basic reports.
• Assist in inventory and warehouse management.
•   Follow company SOPs and quality standards strictly.
•  Support customer service for parcel-related queries.
•  Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of workspace .

Specification:

•  Responsible for smooth daily parcel handling and logistics operations.
•  Ensure accurate sorting, tracking, and dispatch of parcels.
•   Maintain timely coordination with delivery riders and operations team.
•  Support efficient warehouse/branch logistics workflow.
• Ensure service quality, accuracy, and timely delivery performance.
•  Bachelor’s or +2 (Higher Secondary) in Management or related field.
•   0–2 years of experience in logistics, courier, or operations preferred.
•  Freshers with strong communication and analytical skills can apply.
