Job Description:

•  Manage and supervise the company's day-to-day office and operational activities. 
• Coordinate with customers, sales staff, technicians, installers and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. 
•  Coordinate orders, site measurements, production, delivery and installation. 
• Monitor ongoing residential, commercial, construction and interior projects. 
•  Ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately to the relevant teams. 
•  Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing of glass, hardware and other materials. 
•  Follow up with suppliers regarding material availability and delivery schedules. 
•  Handle customer complaints, operational issues and project-related concerns. 
• Monitor staff performance and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
•   Coordinate between the office, workshop, delivery team and installation team.
•  Maintain operational records and provide regular updates to management. 
•  Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency. 
•  Support sales and business development activities when required. 

Specification:

•   Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
•  4–5 years of relevant experience in operations, sales, business management, construction, interior or hardware-related business.
•   Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
•  Good communication and customer-handling abilities. 
• Ability to manage multiple orders and projects simultaneously. 
•  Basic knowledge of inventory and purchasing management. 
•  Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and basic computer applications. 
•  Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
