• Monitor POP site equipment, power systems, UPS, batteries, and environmental conditions
• Ensure continuous network uptime by tracking alarms, faults, and system health
• Coordinate with field O&M teams for fiber maintenance and quick fault resolution
• Respond to fiber cuts, outages, and ensure timely service restoration
• Maintain accurate POP logs, reports, and daily operational records
• Manage POP inventory, tools, and spare parts tracking and updates
• Conduct regular POP site inspections and preventive maintenance checks
• Ensure proper safety standards, security, and cleanliness at POP locations
• Support network optimization by reporting issues and suggesting improvements
• Liaise with technicians and vendors for repair and maintenance work
• +2 pass; technical diploma or background preferred
• Experience in O&M, telecom, or network operations is an advantage
• Basic understanding of POP infrastructure (UPS, battery, AC, racks, ODF)
• Strong coordination and communication skills with field teams
• Ability to handle emergency faults and work under pressure
• Good reporting, documentation, and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with fiber network operations and troubleshooting basics
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in field support
• Willingness to work in shifts or field visits when required
