Network Operation Center- Dhobighat
Job Description:
  • Monitor network systems, servers, and connectivity from the NOC. 
  •  Identify and troubleshoot network and system issues quickly. 
  •  Provide Level-1 and Level-2 technical support. 
  •  Escalate critical incidents to senior technical teams. 
  •  Coordinate with field teams for maintenance and fault resolution. 
  •  Maintain records of incidents, outages, and resolutions. 
  •  Ensure network uptime and SLA compliance. 
  •  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. 
  •  Communicate with internal teams and stakeholders during outages. 
  •  Support smooth and continuous network operations.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, Computer Science, or related field. 
  •  1–3 years of experience in NOC, ISP, or network support. 
  •  Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, and Switching. 
  •  Basic understanding of network monitoring tools. 
  •  Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Good communication and coordination abilities. 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and in shift schedules. 
  •  Strong documentation and reporting skills. 
  •  Team-oriented with a proactive working attitude. 
  •  Focus on maintaining network uptime and service quality.
