Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality measurement metrics to track product performance and improvement.
• Execute quality improvement testing and related activities to ensure high product standards.
• Create, update, and enforce quality assurance standards, processes, and best practices.
• Adhere to industry quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all testing procedures.
• Ensure products meet customer expectations, specifications, and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and report errors, defects, or issues for timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with the development and design teams to improve existing products.
• Maintain and monitor standards for reliability, performance, and consistency in production.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify recurring issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing across applications.
• Assist in developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Stay updated with emerging QA tools, techniques, and industry trends.
• Apply basic programming knowledge (e.g., Flutter) to assist in automated or functional testing.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance product usability, performance, and quality.
• Support team training and knowledge sharing to maintain high-quality standards across projects.

Specification:

• Experience in Quality Assurance, including functional, integration, regression, and smoke testing.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive manual test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Working knowledge of company products, services, and business workflows.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards, best practices, and company policies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving issues.
• Sharp attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Meticulous and diligent approach to testing and documentation.
• Ability to execute test plans systematically and report results accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and designers.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and QA tools to manage test cases and defects.
