Job Description:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to strengthen business partnerships.
•  Conduct regular field visits to promote services, engage healthcare providers, and expand the professional network. 
•  Develop and strengthen referral networks through continuous doctor engagement and relationship management. 
•  Plan, organize, and coordinate health camps and community outreach programs to increase awareness and engagement. 
•  Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to support organizational growth and expansion. 
•  Maintain regular follow-ups with doctors and healthcare partners to ensure long-term collaboration and referrals. 
•  Prepare and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports and business records. 
•  Achieve assigned business development targets while contributing to overall business growth and partnership development.

Specification:

• Bachelor's Completed in a relevant field.
•  Minimum 1+ years of experience in business development, pharmaceutical sales, or doctor engagement. 
•  Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. 
•  Fluency in both English and Nepali. 
•  Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals. 
•  Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and business development activities.
