4 weeks from now• Visit retail stores, marts, supermarkets, liquor outlets, and other sales points regularly to promote company products and ensure strong market visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key customers to enhance product placement and sales performance.
• Identify potential clients, new market opportunities, and expansion areas to increase product reach and market share.
• Conduct product presentations, promotions, and effective sales pitches to retailers and customers.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and market trends, and provide regular market feedback to management.
• Ensure proper product availability, visibility, merchandising, and branding materials at retail outlets.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade promotions, product launches, and other promotional activities.
• Collect customer feedback and market insights to support business development and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team and distributors to ensure smooth order processing and timely product supply.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field visit reports, sales updates, and market intelligence reports.
• Represent the company professionally while maintaining positive relationships with customers and business partners.
• Support the achievement of sales and marketing targets through active field engagement and business development efforts.
• Bachelor's Running/Completed in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing (FMCG or Beverage Industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent product presentation and sales pitching abilities.
• Ability to identify market trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.
• Good understanding of retail sales, merchandising, and market development activities.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and market coverage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team.
