Job Description:
  • Oversee daily hub operations and workflow efficiency 
  •  Coordinate with central and regional teams for smooth operations 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards 
  •  Monitor hub performance and prepare operational reports 
  •  Recruit, train, and manage delivery personnel 
  •  Handle driver issues, concerns, and discipline fairly 
  •  Manage fleet operations reporting and updates 
  •  Reconcile and collect cash/returned products from delivery agents 
  •  Update delivery sheets and submit cash to accounts 
  •  Create orders in Hermes/3PL and print stickers 
  •  Assign pickup agents for vendor product collection 
  •  Receive, verify, and manage incoming packages 
  •  Coordinate inside valley product handover (transport partners) 
  •  Conduct merchant market research and identify opportunities 
  •  Approach and onboard new merchants 
  •  Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants 
  •  Negotiate contracts and agreements with merchants
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or related field 
  •  Experience in logistics, operations, or hub management preferred 
  •  Strong leadership and team management skills 
  •  Good communication and coordination abilities 
  •  Knowledge of delivery/warehouse systems (Hermes/3PL preferred) 
  •  Ability to handle cash, reporting, and documentation accurately 
  •  Problem-solving and decision-making capability 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  •  Ability to manage drivers, vendors, and merchant relations 
  •  High level of responsibility, integrity, and accountability
