Job Description:

• Handle and process human reproductive samples (sperm and oocytes) 
•  Assist in IVF procedures such as insemination, fertilization, and embryo culture 
•  Maintain embryo culture conditions and laboratory environment 
•  Perform cryopreservation (freezing) and thawing of embryos and gametes 
•  Operate and maintain IVF lab equipment and micromanipulation tools 
•  Ensure strict adherence to laboratory protocols and quality standards 
•  Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient samples 
•  Follow hygiene, biosafety, and ethical guidelines in ART lab 
•  Coordinate with embryologists, doctors, and fertility specialists 

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT), Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related field 
•  Certification/training in IVF or ART laboratory techniques preferred 
•  1–3 years of experience in IVF laboratory or clinical embryology preferred 
•  Knowledge of IVF/ART procedures and basic embryology 
•  Experience with lab equipment (microscopes, incubators, micromanipulation tools) 
•  Strong attention to detail and precision handling of samples 
•  Understanding of cryopreservation techniques 
•  Knowledge of laboratory safety and hygiene standards 
•  Good documentation and reporting skills 
•  Ability to work under strict protocols and time-sensitive conditions 
•  Strong teamwork and communication skills
