• Skills and Knowledge:
• Hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, peripherals).
• Software installation and support.
• Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, IP settings).
• System maintenance (updates, backups).
• Remote support expertise.

  • Coordination between the intra and inter- department /IPTV team
  • Perform installations, configurations, and updates
  • Develop diagnostic skills with solution in min
  • Document and report incidents and resolutions
  • Actively participate in the training (Tech and non tech) to develop the learning
  • Other Office duties (technical) Assigned by senior authority
