Job Description:
  •  Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system. 
  • Coordinate with field technicians for on-site support when required.
  • Monitor network alerts and report service outages.
  • Educate customers on basic usage and preventive measures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of support activities.
  • Log, track, and update customer issues in the ticketing system.
  • Perform basic network checks (ping, traceroute, IP configuration).
Specification:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science or related field. 
  •  Basic troubleshooting skills for broadband and fiber connections. 
  •  Willingness to learn new technologies. 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tickets. 
  •  Freshers with basic networking knowledge are encouraged to apply.
