• Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene practices.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and carry moderate loads.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Help in dishwashing and keeping the kitchen organized.
• Properly store food supplies and ingredients.
• Dispose of garbage and maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
• Follow food safety standards and kitchen protocols.
• Perform other support duties as assigned by kitchen staff or management.
