Jr. Support Executive- Sankhamul, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  •  Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding ERP software.
  • Record, track, and follow up on support requests to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide first-level technical support and troubleshoot basic software issues.
  •  Assist clients in understanding ERP features, modules, and functionalities.
  •  Support ERP software implementation and user onboarding activities.
  • Conduct online or on-site training sessions for clients when required.
  •  Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to senior support team members.
  •  Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and customer feedback. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
  •  Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  •  Assist with other support and administrative tasks as assigned.
Specification:
  •  Bachelor's degree in BBS, BBA, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  •  Basic understanding of accounting concepts and business processes.
  •  Freshers are encouraged to apply; 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
  •  Strong communication and customer service skills.
  •  Basic knowledge of computer applications and software systems.
  •  Ability to learn ERP software and technical concepts quickly.
  •  Good problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  •  Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
