Manage and support day-to-day IT operations including handling hospital/office software systems, email creation and management, server monitoring, CCTV systems, EPABX/landline systems, and overall IT infrastructure support.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, printers, Wi-Fi, networks, and basic hardware/software issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted business operations.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related maintenance and services, maintain regular data backups, monitor system performance, and ensure timely maintenance and issue resolution.
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field preferred, with experience in IT support or system administration.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, servers, CCTV systems, email management, Wi-Fi, printers, and basic troubleshooting techniques.
Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and multitasking skills with ability to work under pressure and maintain system efficiency.
