Job Description:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  •  Minimum 1 year of experience in IPTV, network monitoring, technical support, or data center operations. 
  •  Knowledge of IPTV systems, monitoring tools (MRTG, Check MK, Cacti, Zabbix), and troubleshooting techniques. 
  •  Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills. 
  •  Ability to work in shifts, coordinate with multiple teams, and manage technical escalations effectively.
Specification:
  • Monitor IPTV services, channels, and data center operations to ensure uninterrupted service.
  •  Detect, troubleshoot, document, and escalate IPTV and network-related incidents. 
  •  Manage monitoring tools (MRTG, Check MK, Cacti, Zabbix) and maintain accurate records. 
  •  Coordinate with internal teams and customers for timely issue resolution. 
  •  Handle technical escalations and support data center maintenance. 
  •  Maintain departmental KPIs and ensure smooth monitoring operations. 
  •  Participate in technical training and contribute to continuous process improvement.
