Human Resource and Operation Manager

Job Description:
  • Drive full-cycle talent acquisition for technical and non-technical roles, achieving defined time-to-fill and quality-of-hire benchmarks. 
  • Oversee conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes to maintain an optimal Employee Relations Index.
  • Lead performance management cycles, ensuring timely completion of appraisals and measurable improvements in individual KPIs.
  • Develop, update, and institutionalize HR policies and SOPs in alignment with labor compliance and ISO/industry standards.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA), coordinate L&D programs, and track ROI through post-training performance metrics.
  • Manage payroll accuracy, attendance compliance, leave utilization, SSF, and tax submissions, ensuring 100% statutory adherence.
  • Optimize office administration, procurement, vendor SLAs, and IT asset lifecycle management to meet operational efficiency targets.
  • Design and enforce process workflows, monitor operational KPIs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery and resource optimization.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements through proactive risk management and governance controls.




Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR and Operations, preferably in an IT/software company. 
• Experience in managing technical hiring and IT project support is a plus.
