HR/Admin Cum Store- Parwanipur
Job Description:
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation. 
  •  Maintain employee records, HR files, attendance, and leave management. 
  •  Ensure proper implementation of HR and administrative policies. 
  •  Manage office administration including supplies, logistics, and facility support. 
  •  Coordinate staff travel, meetings, and event arrangements. 
  •  Assist departments with HR and administrative requirements. 
  •  Prepare HR/Admin reports and maintain documentation systems. 
  •  Manage store operations including inventory, stock levels, and material distribution. 
  •  Record all incoming and outgoing materials accurately. 
  •  Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of stock. 
  •  Maintain proper records of office/store assets and supplies.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and administrative operations. 
Specification:
  •  Understanding of store/inventory management. 
  •  Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. 
  •  Ability to manage HR and store responsibilities simultaneously. 
  •  Basic accounting or inventory tracking knowledge. 
  •  Good communication and coordination skills. 
  •  Ability to multitask and work under pressure. 
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, HR, or related field. 
  •  +2 level with relevant experience may be acceptable. 
  •  2–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or store management preferred. 
  •  Valid Bike License (Compulsory). 
  •  Own laptop Compulsory.
