HR/Admin cum ONM -Birgunj 
Job Description:
  • Manage HR/Admin functions: recruitment, onboarding, documentation, office support
  • Coordinate fiber O&M activities, fault resolution, and field team operations
  • Maintain HR records, attendance, leave, vendor management, and reporting
  • Monitor network routes, outages, and ensure proper escalation of issues
  •  Liaise between management, NOC, and field teams for smooth operations
  •  Support procurement, logistics, and general administrative activities
  • Prepare daily/weekly HR and O&M performance reports 
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, IT, Administration, or Engineering
  •  1–3 years experience in HR/Admin or O&M coordination roles
  •  Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and documentation systems
  • Knowledge of HR processes and fiber network operations preferred
  • Male candidates preferred with valid bike driving license
