HR Officer-Dhobighat
Job Description:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including vacancy posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
  • Coordinate staff training, development, and employee engagement activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
  •  Manage employee lifecycle events: new hires, probation completion, contract renewals, resignations/exit clearance.


Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor laws preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
