Job Description:
  • Prepare and implement short-term plans for day-to-day operations aligned with the company’s objectives .
  •  Maintain HR records, including compensation, benefits, and health/medical insurance documentation .
  •  Handle employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner .
  •  Prepare HR letters, documents, and certificates (e.g., experience letters, offer letters, etc.) .
  •  Conduct employee orientation and facilitate onboarding formalities for new hires .
  •  Conduct employee exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement .
  •  Assist the supervisor in budget planning, tracking, and expense management .
  •  Maintain and update records of departmental activities and processes .
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders .
  •  Manage end-to-end hiring for parcel operations outside the Kathmandu Valley, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding .
  •  Act as a point of contact for outside valley teams and support resolution of HR and operational issues .
  •  Monitor manpower requirements and support workforce optimization across regions .
  •  Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s running or equivalent degree in the relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience .
  •  2–3 years of experience in HR role .
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication .
  •  Proven track record of developing and executing successful work strategies .
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / G-Suite .
  •  Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment .
  •  Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. 
  •  Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  •  Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow. 
  •  Professional attitude and strong work ethic .
  • Male candidates preferred.
