HR and Admin Manager

Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
  • Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee general office operations, including facility management.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Maintain and update administrative documents and records.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR & Administration (preferred).
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
