Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel files.
Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support performance appraisal and evaluation processes.
Handle employee grievances and promote a positive workplace culture.
Oversee general office operations, including facility management.
Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services.
Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
Maintain and update administrative documents and records.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Ensure smooth communication within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR & Administration (preferred).
Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
