Help Desk-Pokhara
Job Description:
  • Handle walk-in customers professionally and provide front desk support 
  •  Assist customers with inquiries (internet packages, billing, renewals, account status, services) 
  •  Process bill entries and manage cash handling accurately 
  •  Prepare daily bank cash deposits and ensure proper reconciliation 
  •  Create, update, and assign tickets for customer issues and complaints 
  •  Coordinate with technical and field teams for issue resolution 
  •  Provide first-level technical support (Wi-Fi, router setup, connectivity issues) 
  •  Follow up on renewals, pending requests, and installations 
  •  Handle customer escalations and support retention of at-risk customers 
  •  Promote package upgrades and value-added services 
  •  Support revenue growth through upselling activities 
  •  Maintain proper documentation and service quality standards 
  •  Assist Help Desk operations and escalation handling 
  •  Provide support via phone, email, and in-person communication 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies and professional communication
Specification:
  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English 
  •  Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills 
  •  Strong customer relationship management skills 
  •  Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word 
  •  Ability to handle multitasking and customer service work 
  •  Basic understanding of internet services and troubleshooting (preferred) 
  •  Education: +2 Running or Completed
