Job Description:

• Assist doctors during patient consultation and minor procedures 
•  Take and record vital signs (BP, temperature, pulse, oxygen level) 
•  Prepare patients for examination and treatment 
•  Provide basic first aid and patient support when needed 
•  Maintain patient records and update clinic documentation 
•  Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and clinic area 
•  Assist in dressing wounds and basic medical procedures 
•  Manage patient flow and support front-line clinic operations 
•  Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly 
•  Support pharmacy or lab coordination if required

Specification:

• Certificate in Health Assistant (HA) from a recognized institution 
•  Registered with relevant health council (if applicable) 
•  6 months to 1 year experience in clinic or hospital setting preferred 
•  Basic clinical and patient care skills 
•  Knowledge of vital signs monitoring 
•  Ability to assist in minor procedures 
•  Good communication and patient handling skills 
•  Knowledge of infection prevention and control 
•  Ability to work in a team and under supervision 
•  Basic record-keeping and documentation skills
