Job Description:

• 12–15 years of overall experience in finance and accounting.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a finance leadership/managerial role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA/CPA will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation, accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end finance operations across multiple businesses or entities.
• Strong leadership, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic business environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.

Specification:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end finance and accounting operations across all group entities.
• Establish and strengthen internal control systems, financial policies, and compliance frameworks.
• Oversee tax planning, tax compliance, and statutory requirements in accordance with applicable Nepalese laws.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash management.
• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Prepare and review MIS, financial statements, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
• Coordinate and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and regulatory compliance.
