Job Description:

• Design creative visuals for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create marketing materials including posters, flyers, banners, and promotional creatives for campaigns.
• Develop branding collaterals for both digital and print platforms.
• Design visuals for product promotions, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaign ideas.
• Edit and optimize images for website, social media, and online advertisements.
• Create visual content for product launches, offers, and promotional events.
• Support video team with thumbnails, storyboards, and basic motion graphics when required.
• Ensure all designs meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or creative roles.
• Experience with beauty, skincare, haircare, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro is an added advantage.
• Ability to create engaging visual content for digital marketing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and understanding of social media trends.
