Front Desk Executive-Pokhara
Job Description:
  • Deal with walk-in customers and handle their queries in a courteous manner 
  •  Greet customers warmly and guide them properly 
  •  Provide clear information and explain service products to customers 
  •  Handle payment processing and receipt entry accurately 
  •  Maintain proper records of payments received 
  •  Attend incoming calls and transfer them to the respective departments 
  •  Coordinate with different departments to resolve customer queries 
  •  Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams 
  •  Deliver professional customer service at all times 
  •  Maintain a positive and helpful front desk environment
Specification:
  • Fresher are encouraged to apply 
  • +2 Completed or equivalent level of education 
  •  1 year required (Freshers may also apply)
  • Excellent communication skills in Nepali and English 
  •  Pleasing personality and good interpersonal skills 
  •  Strong customer relationship management skills 
  •  Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word 
  •  Ability to handle customers and multitask efficiently 
  •  Basic understanding of customer service operations (preferred)
