Job Description:
  • Greet patients warmly and manage the registration process.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and cash handling.
  • Coordinate patient flow between the waiting area and doctor’s cabins.
  • Manage general office administration and visitors.
  • Manage front desk documentation and basic administrative tasks.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Provide accurate information about the organization’s services.
  • Maintain records, files, and front desk inventory.


Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management preferred).
  • Smart personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software.
  • Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage
